A session can be a few minutes, up to 30 minutes. You leave with a written summary and next steps. ### Can my employer see it? + No. Your employer cannot see the conversations. They are not used to train models. You can delete them at any time. ### Is this therapy? + No. This is coaching, not therapy. ### What happens after my 2 free sessions? + Free is 2 sessions a month. Starter is $29 for 5 sessions a month and keeps your notes, ratings, intake, and one development plan. Pro is $69 for 15 sessions a month and includes Starter. ### Do I need a credit card to start? + No. You can start with 2 free sessions every month. ### Can I delete my account? + Yes.
